We are seeking passionate, forward-thinking individuals for the following positions:
🏆 President-Elect
Help lead the strategic vision of REC Net. As President-Elect, you'll support the current President while preparing for the National Conference. This position is ideal for someone with a deep commitment to our mission and a desire to steer the future of the association.
Key qualities: Visionary leadership, strategic thinking, organizational knowledge, commitment to recreation industry growth.
🧲 Director of Vendor Recruitment
Be the connector! This role leads efforts to grow and diversify our vendor network. You'll develop initiatives to attract new talent into the field and foster partnerships that support our vendors in recreation.
Key qualities: Strong communication skills, recruitment experience, understanding of workforce development, relationship-building strengths.
🤝 Director of Marketing & Communication
Lead marketing and communication initiatives that grow engagement, promote conferences and events, and strengthen connections with both current and prospective members.
Key qualities: Creativity, community-building expertise, strong comfort with digital engagement
