🏆 President-Elect
Help lead the strategic vision of REC Net. As President-Elect, you'll support the current President while preparing for the National Conference. This position is ideal for someone with a deep commitment to our mission and a desire to steer the future of the association.

💰 Treasurer
Keep us financially strong and accountable. The Treasurer oversees the financial health of REC Net, manages budgets, provides regular financial reports, and ensures compliance with all fiscal policies. This role is crucial to supporting the sustainability and transparency of our work.
Key qualities: Financial literacy, attention to detail, experience with budgeting or nonprofit finance, integrity, and organizational skills.
🧲 Director of Professional Recruitment
Be the connector! This role leads efforts to grow and diversify our professional network. You'll develop initiatives to attract new talent into the field and foster partnerships that support career pathways in recreation.
Key qualities: Strong communication skills, recruitment experience, understanding of workforce development, relationship-building strengths.
🤝 Director of Member Engagement
Energize and connect our community! This role drives member engagement strategies, builds meaningful connections, and ensures our membership remains vibrant and active.
Key qualities: Creativity, community-building expertise, event/program development, digital engagement skills.
