This year's theme is Turning Tides, it invites us to embrace the forces of change, growth, and adaptation. Just as the tides shift, so too does the world around us—creating both challenges and, exciting opportunities. Turning Tides is a call to action, encouraging us all to come together as a community to navigate these changes, support one another, and build resilience. This is certainly one conference not to miss!

This is our annual membership conference where professional development, recruitment, applied research development, vendor showcases, brand promotion, annual awards, social engagement and networking blossoms. The best 4 days and 3 nights of the year for all recreation and experience industry professionals.
